As a small and thriving company, we are seeking candidates who complement our existing team and bring a fresh perspective, sales style, and skillset. This position requires a honed knowledge of jewelry, sales, and professionalism. We are looking for someone long-term interested in taking on additional roles and excelling in sales.

This is a full- or part-time position onsite during business hours (Wed - Sat 10am—6pm/ Sun 10am-5pm).

Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales goals and finding ways to exceed them
• Facilitating custom design with clients from stone selection to final piece delivered accurately and on time
• Inventory knowledge: nuances of RO designs and materials, a passion for natural stones, quality design, and craftsmanship
• Customer care: capturing and fostering meaningful relationships to ensure return visits
• Ability to keep projects moving forward with preemptive problem-solving and thorough explanations
• Understanding of jewelry repairs, clearly explaining details to both clients and the studio
• Ability to intuitively recognize client trends
• General showroom responsibilities

Candidate requirements:

• Fine jewelry sales experience
• Knowledge of natural diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry
• Personable, with solid communication skills
• Ability to work with a small team and take on multiple roles
• Ability to communicate and understand clients' needs while representing the RO brand

Compensation:

• This position is full or part-time and requires availability on weekends
• Compensation is based on an hourly basis, with monthly bonuses based on sales
• Jewelry bonus based on sales goals
• 3 weeks paid vacation (2 weeks vacation + winter holiday closure)
