Repairs
If you believe your item has issues unrelated to normal wear-and-tear, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your item is damaged due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or, if appropriate, replace it. Naturally occurring characteristics and inclusions present in gemstones are not considered a manufacturing defect.
We understand that damage caused by normal wear and tear, negligence, or mishandling can be frustrating. This includes surface scratches or blemishes, bent or broken shanks or prongs, broken or knotted chains, and wear to the stone(s). At your discretion, this type of damage can be addressed through your insurance, and we are more than happy to provide you with our recommendations for a jewelry-specific policy.
