A lichen is a tiny living partnership formed by a fungus and an algae. A lichen is a composite, plant-like organism created by a close, mutualistic relationship between a fungus and a photosynthetic partner. Lichen are sensitive and absorb everything in the air.
Like lichen, this piece is a symbiotic relationship between the stone and its perfectly suited setting.
